    Ok so I found a way of buying the game through PSN store. It said the game was already installed. (most likely because I pre-ordered the game and installed it) But I am still locked on lvl 52 and cannot access the Heavensward areas... Any ideas anyone?

    Have you complete the main story quest up to 2.55? Have you picked up the new main story quest in Coerthas in order to gain access to Ishgard?
