    You mean the physical box? If so yeah, no idea when it'll arrive and I can't even log into the game meanwhile. Treat their customers like crap.

    Most of the time they tend to deliver on time and even before release on some games...but for my past two orders (this one included) it seems to have totally changed, and their customer service team are useless...

    I won't be ordering from them again!

    Have you guys checked your local sorting office just in case? Or do you have any tracking numbers? It's unusual for ShopTo to be late, they normally arrive a day early.
