We need private instance housing

Nope will not support. All they need to do is add in a 60-90 non-sub payment relinquish feature and give those non-paying customer plots back to the people and add in more sub-divisions. I do not want some instance where only my friends can access. I like having neighbors.

But there will never be enough houses even with a relinquish feature for everyone which means only a really small percentage of people can even have that. I have a small one but I would give it up in a second if this means that anyone get one. I mean we don´t even had enough houses for every FC before players were able to buys them so it will be never enough. Lets keep the neighbor thing with the FCs where it at least makes sense since there are more people around..My neighbors are barely even there..the only ones that I sometimes see are the ones that have their FC house there.
