We need private instance housing

In a perfect world, SE would give everybody a house of their own that starts off as a small shack and give players the ability to upgrade it into, ultimately, a mansion through crafting/buying upgrades and paying a fee.

^ I love the small shack turn into a mansion kind of deal XD I suggested something crazier XD RV like homes. So far fetched though. No worries for plot and the such. >.> Oh housing wards, you are driving me insane.
