Best way would be to Bootcamp your Mac into Windows as the Mac OS X client is horrible. Also you would have to buy the Mac Client which you should avoid.

Agree with GunplaGamer. There's already a thread here about how bad the OS X wrapper is. I'm using bootcamp on a late 2013 MacBook Pro Retina and that's probably the way you should go for now on your machine.

I appreciate your replies, but it REALLY want an official response. I mean, I'm paying for this game, and I pretty much feel robbed by having to pay again to play it on another OS, while World of Warcraft let's you play anywhere you want with just 1 license.

You will have to buy the license for the game for Mac.. basically buying the game again.. And as the previous posters have said about the official Mac client. It's currently a 'DON'T BUY!'..
And also this is not World of Warcraft... Just because Blizzard does it, doesn't mean that SE has to do it too.

And yes you need to buy it on Mac and register Mac on your account to be able to play on Mac. This isn't WoW, and unfortunately you need to pay for every platform you wish to play on.
If I were you, I'd take the advice of others and use bootcamp to boot into Windows.
The current Mac client is stupidly bugged.
This isn't WoW. FFXI let you play with one account on PC, PS2 and 360, but FFXIV doesn't. But that's SE's prerogative, not mine. If you're dissatisfied with them charging money for a sub-par macintosh port, take it up with SE and say so up front, rather than making a not-so-subtle trollish thread.

information on your question was available 3 months ago try harder.
This isn't WoW. Like it or not SE treats each platform as a separate license. If you want to play on the mac you have to buy a license for mac.
