stop thinking of it as a harp, harp is only one of many stringed instruments. while i do think at the end of the day its just decorative, with no real use, they are still strings, maybe for looks, maybe for tension, maybe to represent the ministrel idea, even though they will never use it, but yeah its strings.

what you think of as arrowheads are actually negative space, holes in the the wood, the top is the string wrapped around the wood.

keep in mind they already have something nocked, and it is a totally different shape/size, if those are arrows, they would only fit on a xbow.
