Do you realize the GRAVITY of TIME DIALATION. Here is food for thought...cast Aspected Helios and then cast Aspected Benefic, followed by Time Dialation. Yep extends your HoTs by 15 seconds on the tank (I only use Time Dialation for the tank). Also Nocturnal sect is not useless it comes in very handy for fights that have a lot of AOE coming at you and your party.
