Bought disc copy of heavensward 4 PS3 wheres registration code?

So after buying the disc copy now I cant access any areas of expac because apparently we need to register game. The only code given to me in my copy was their promotion code. Did I just waste my money buying and resubbing?

I bought ps4 version and there were 2 bits of paper tucked in the cover. One was a promotion and one had instructions on installing and that page had a code I had to redeem via PlayStation store. I did that and registration process kicked off fine on next login to the game.

so I went through my stuff found the second code used then dl it, but still no access to areas, gonna try deleting everything and try again heres hoping.

so after hrs of screwing around, deleting the whole game then re-downloading with the correct code, still cant access expac stuff. Do I have to do anything on mogstation or something because on their it only shows I have pre access HW. Other than that I have no idea why this isn't working. Anyone help plz?

Bump. 24 hrs after deleting entire game then re downloading, evertything still says I dont have expac installed. My mogstation still doesnt show my account has been registered to play HW. never even giving option to registar game WTF is this BS some advice please.

I am having the exact same problem. Bought the disc copy, activated it on psn and mog station says I don't have it. No prompt to activate it on the launcher. Extremely frustrating!

Did you buy the physical edition, if so I finally got my working. Heres what I re did, deleted the whole game from HDD then re DLed had to gto Realm reborn then HW, but this step might not be needed. If you bought physical copy they give you two pieces of paper with codes one is promotion code and other is just the other code I assume for HW. Enter both codes in playstation store redeem section, I noticed that in my DLs on account it never mentioned I had 2 FF14 HW, after all that when I relauched game it finally gave me prompt to register game to PS3. hope this helps you.

I only have one code in my physical copy for heavensward :/ maybe that's the problem? Shouldn't it only need the heavensward code though?

I would assume that is your problem, because when I only used the one code my game never asked for register option, but if you bought game heres what should have came with :
