Still haven't seen the tank chest or hands, only one legs and boots, and two helmets. I dunno, maybe it is just bad luck but I think it's possible the RNG might be weighing some sets more heavily than others right now.
Now let me tell you that I have trouble gearing my NIN with anything else but law because of bad luck, but i can lean back once I level one of my tanks to 60 because I have basically every single full dungeon set including the weapon for all the way from 50 to 60 sitting on my retainer! ^^
