I've been running as BLM with the same healer and we're both having this issue with drops. No mage gear. No healer gear dropping after running the same dungeons 100 of times over. Getting frustrating.
Have you been running Neverreap and Fractal Continuum? I'd believe that they both give different weapons, if not different armor. Check each to be certain what drops from where.
