Oh no, it's limited, just less limited than Balmung. You can make a character if you get up fairly early in the morning. It's without a doubt an issue though, but the solution really is "Just encourage the growth of roleplay on other servers", but even then it's a very difficult solution.

So it's pretty much *exactly* like Gilgamesh then.

To be honest, it feels like both North American datacenters are pretty much not taking any new characters. That's how I ended up on the EU datacenter despite being from NA. Well, that and the leader of my FC had a discussion with me on Steam about my return on a new account and invited me to join his FC. Earlier I tried making a character only to find that the whole datacenter Hyperion was on was shut down to new players.

I'm not a fan of groups that only RP in guildspeak/FC/LS speak. I prefer "live" roleplay.
