    Upgrading from early access HELP!

    Stuck 4 hours, just yesterday I could play in dungeon from expansion whatnot today I cant, I check my square account I pre ordered from and my hard copy is VERY LATE but I have the download key when I log onto mog station *where I was told there is a upgrade expansion button where I put the key. It is not showing and now I am stuck not being able to do anything in the expansion. Why is this button not on the mogstation and what am I doing wrong?

    The registration code input button is the very top and different size from all the other button, which I find confusing at first since I was looking for it too. However if you have not yet received your physical copy, you wont have the registration code to put in. My brother ordered the physical copy and can't play too because it's not yet been received. I tried live chat for him for hours and in the end got the message : no agent available to try later TWICE!!

    Lesson is NEVER BUY PHYSICAL COPY FROM SE. You pay more, wait longer and can't play.

    People who bought digital editions cant get in either. We have to wait for an email with our "code" because the Heavensword pre order code dosnt work. Only a fraction of us can get in.

    I have the code, The option to put it in is not there? thats my issue and yes this site is the worst for ordering and almost about to rage

    If you go to mog station, click account detail, there is a button says to register expansion.
