What abilities from your favorite job would you be most willing to quest for?

The purpose of the Job system is to give every class access to a specific party role so that no one job is worse at its role than others. Ideally I'd like to see all jobs offer something unique so during endgame for example everyone has a distinct role to offer to the group. We know that job abilities will be quested for, so with that in mind I hope they are much more unique than recycled stuff from the armory system only "slightly more effective".


Whether you love the idea of the job system, or hate bards... if you plan on playing a job when they are released (try and stick with the ones we know about), what would you most like to see.



I'll be playing Monk no matter how it turns out (unless another I have job is needed for a particular encounter). I'd like to see a return of Boost, Chi Blast and Chakra, but I'd like them to work differently:

Boost
Chainable single action (like raging strikes but maybe weaker) attack buff (can be used on Chi Blast, or while building TP to use on your most powerful/expensive TP attack). This one would be pretty much the same as XI's.

Chi Blast
A moderate strength (when fully charged) enmity free/low enmity spirit based attack which absorbs HP from the target and imbues the Monk with the ability to cast Chakra.
~1:30 seconds timer

Chakra
A medium duration (45 second+) target or self buff giving one person:
+attack speed
+damage
+One time small heal
+One time small amount of MP
Can be used once every 2-3 minutes

With that and a strong multi-hit weapon skill I think Monks could carve out an effective niche in the new combat system being useful in multiple situations. I'd gladly do whatever quest was necessary to get access to abilities like these.
