I dont mind RNG, but its a bit too much imo.

It sounded originally like ammo was going to be a big thing with machinist, however as it turned out its a 60 second cooldown, just like other cooldowns but weaker. I was expecting "reload" to be an on the global ability you could do while moving, no cooldown. quick reload to be an oh crap to make ends meet. you'd have the RNG but you'd have a way around it.

other tweaks would still need to be made, as even if you had 0 RNG with combo procs, a machinist would still be pretty weak on the DPS.
