    Meanwhile Miners and Botanists get about 2000-3000 XP for one swing of the pickaxe or scythe.

    Really? I actually find fighting as my dragoon a lot easier. It's sturdier, has more HP and higher defense stats, and I can cross class a crapload of tanking/self healing skills. And stuff tends to die a lot quicker because you do more damage, so a shorter time in which you take damage, too.

    And yeah, just killing random mobs for leveling is not the way to go. FATEs for everyone!
