Same here.No access to Heavensward without the physical copy that I preorder.... Which I cant pick up for another 3 weeks, Character stuck in a new area so cant even log on.
Technical support made me wait 2 hours for live chat and when I'm next in queue I get a message saying "There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later" and got kicked from Queue. has to be a joke a really bad joke.
Sent them picture of the purchase maybe they will send a temporary code maybe they wont, but don't worry SE my subscription is already paid and so is my Heavensward copy...
I was able to get into the live chat but the agent said they couldn't help me, told me to send a ticket to SE Store (where I bought my physical copy that haven't arrived yet) and maybe they could help me and then kicked me from the chat.
