Exactly. Doing Steps for the first time. Most of us were new. Atleast one guy in the group had done it before. At the start a few of announced we were new, but that was it no further communication. So we just went at it. After a couple fails and constantly telling people to man the cannons (heck I even tried to man them with full mob in tow) finally made it to the point of the snares and the Dragon killer. Again a couple fails. The one guy who did it before says "someone needs to get on the snares and the tower at that point". Some else finally pipes up "oh now you tell us". I said "no one read the text that popped up on the screen telling you to do that?" No response. Cleared it with 30 seconds left. Ain't got time to read.
