I have my code but it says I already used it. I cannot play now?

I tried to log on and it says that I need to register the expansion. I go back and find the 20 digit code and enter it into the mogstation under EXPANSION KEY

It says I have already registered this product but when I log on there is no Heavensward. I see others are having this issue. I have not seen a response from the the Square Enix team. Has anyone? Also what could I be doing wrong in this registration process?

I'm having the same issue and it doesn't make since how is my character lvl 59 but the Mogstation says i dont have heavensward at all

I have the same issue, I digitally downloaded the expansion, never received any other codes besides the original Early Access Code and the Codes for the Digital Collectors Bonuses. Can't access the new content now.

I'm kind of in the same boat.

Preordered Heavensward, played in early access since then, got my paladin to level 56, my account listing on the Mogstation says I have early access as well. Got both early access and full game codes listed in the game list when I log into my SE account, but both Mogstation and the game itself says the full game key is invalid...

Waiting on support to either validate my current code, or give me a new code, sent the request 7 hours ago, but judging from my previous experience in this and other mmos, it'll likely take a good long while...

Found the solution, looked through all of my emails and finally found a second hidden registration code, entered it and it works. Thanks SE for making this entire registration process as complicated as possible! I ask again - Are there any capable/competent people at this company that you can put in charge of this game?

Check pre-order/order confirmation emails from SE as well. There should be a link provided to your order page where your code should be listed.

That's a physical order, unless I am mistaken, so wouldn't your code be with your physical copy of the game? Digital copies of the game obviously receive their registration code digitally, but for physical copies are the codes not packaged in with the game disc?

That's a problem too.
Indeed it is stated that the code is inside the packege but many ppl haven't received their package yet (such as me).
That's why ppl are asking for their codes (as in other threads). SE should've sent to those who bought the physical version their codes through e-mail or the order viewing site too so we're not bound to wait the package arriving.
