Retainer issue

Today I checked my retainers and found that of my four, two were inexplicably showing "contract suspended". I have them set to renew with my 180 day subscription, which is due to renew July 25th. They worked fine yesterday and I don't know what would cause them to suddenly stop, especially since they should have been already paid for.
Additionally, when I tried to renew payment via Crysta, I could not switch payment methods and it would not let me use anything but my Visa card which repeatedly told me there was an error. Has anyone else experienced this or have an answer as to why this is happening?

Just tried re-entering my card information in case it needed to be updated or something. I got error 601 and nothing I do solves this. I can't pay with Crysta and I have no way of getting back the retainers I had on my account. This is extremely frustrating because of the gear and things I had stored in my retainers and have no way of accessing any of the items or gil stored in them. I would very much like a response because I don't know what else I can do, and I can't buy any additional retainers because of the same problem. There are no problems with my bank account or card either as I have used it recently with no issue. Any official response to this would be fantastic.

I'm having the same issue, waited on chat support over an hour before that failed, tried calling was on hold over 45 minutes so I hung up. I have things on my retainer I can't access cause I can't pay for it cause every card gets 401 or 601 errors. I had to buy a prepaid card off Amazon and use that code to even be able to access my account. No transactions on the mogstation work at all.
