Frequency: Sometimes I guess. Only happened twice so far.

Steps:
I was mining stuff (not one particular item) in the above mentioned areas, and I happened to come across a lvl 0 mining node. This occured after I had been mining in the area for a little bit, and seemed to disappear after I mined another node (not 100% sure of when it disappeared). I was able to select the node, but not able to open up the mining menu to mine it.
