    Actually there's 6 achievements - two for eah company - getting seals and using the fireworks:

    Tried buying fireworks off someones retainer in the ward and firing them off.

    You do NOT get the achievement unless you spend your own seals on the fireworks it seems (buying might be the flag for achievement?)
