We have received a small number of reports of users in Canada who have yet to receive their FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward physical Collector's Edition in the mail. As we do not see your order with a "Delivered" status, we feel that this may apply to you. 2) Click on Additional Assistance
3) Enter "Canadian Order not received" in the Contact Details Section
4) Click the Next button twice to log into your SQUARE ENIX Account
5) Select Email or Chat Support
6) Enter your contact information and make sure to provide your SQUARE ENIX Online Store Order number which can be found in your order confirmation e-mail or by logging into your SQUARE ENIX Online Store account (https://store.na.square-enix.com/login)
7) Enter your order number in the "Detailed Condition" section and click next.
8) Review the information entered is correct and click submit.

We will be open extended hours tonight until 9:00 p.m. (PDT) and will be open this weekend starting at 8:00 a.m. (PDT) to assist with this issue.
