I have my code but it says I already used it. I cannot play now?

That's a physical order, unless I am mistaken, so wouldn't your code be with your physical copy of the game? Digital copies of the game obviously receive their registration code digitally, but for physical copies are the codes not packaged in with the game disc?

I have one code with my game disk, and it is a Promotional Code that is invalid if I try to register it.

Okay, well it was probably user error on my part. I tried using the launcher and entered the promotion code in from there instead of the MOG station and it worked.

Only have a single key Did not get the game through SE themselfs but another retailer only recieved 1 key but played fine until yesterday...
