
i went there and it says Sorry, this order is not validated.If you purchased from the SE store go here log in with the credentials you registered with on the store (not your game id) and if it isn't already open click on Orders then find the order and click on "View" under "Download Page". Your code will be there. Many of the other vendors do it the same way and will have it on their site when you log in.
I have contacted SE online store twice now for the 2 registration codes that were supposed to come with the game. Up until to day i was able to access Heavensward, but as of the morning with no registration codes, I cannot access. It is not my fault they screwed up and did not email the access codes when they should have. This is really irritating.
I talked to SE service yesterday and they said SE online store will answer within 48 hours. So far i have not received my registration codes, only the early access codes i received before the game started.
