Pre-ordered heavensward from Kinguin

On 23 June I received my email with the code XXXXXX-XXX-XXXXXX-XXX and was directed by them to redeem the code at https://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/en.

I was given my heavensward early access code XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and entered this in into early access section of MogStation. I got access to the game until today.

I was sent a 2nd email from Kinguin today, again it was another code XXXXXX-XXX-XXXXXX-XXX, this time no guidance on what to do with it. So I thought I had to enter it on https://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/en again and sure enough I was given another code XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

I assumed this would be my registration code so tried to use it at log in and in says code invalid. Went on MogStation and went into 'Your Account' section and clicked 'Enter Registration Code for Expansion' again code invalid.

I now have 2 codes in this format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and can't use either.

Can anyone direct me as to what to do? Maybe I have done something wrong that you guys might be able to point me in the right direction.

I am 100% confused.

- Go to 'Enter Pre-ordered Bonus Code'
- Scroll all the way down
- Enter code there

Im having the same problem but I went and register the second XXXXXX-XXX-XXXXXX-XXX code at sqex.to/register. The game was added to my account there but not on mogstation... Im a bit lost here...

On mogstation the only options I have are:
Enter Registration Code for Expansion
Add and change subscriptions
Update Payment Method
Add Game Time Card
Retainer Service
Enter Item Code
Recruit a Friend
Add Playstation 3 licence
Add Playstation 4 licence
Add Mac Licence

Both of my codes are showing on https://preorder.eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/en under my login.

I have tried both codes in the 'Enter Registration Code for Expansion' section, one code says 'invalid code' the other says 'The entered code has already been registered'. I believe the new code recieved today is the 'invalid code' and the other recieved 23/06/15 is the one saying 'The entered code has already been registered'.

It seems you have got a bit further than that, did this give you a XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX code?

No it didnt, when I inserted the XXXXXX-XXX-XXXXXX-XXX code the product appeared on the right and I clicked on "Register Product".

I was having the same problem, I had to cut and paste each 4 digit section of the code from the square-enix store to the mogstation registration entry. I have no idea why typing it manually did not work, it was the same code either way

Was anyone able to solve this problem ? i ordered this game digitally from SE site and the only code i c an find is the one in my email that has the HW early access picture with it XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX , i cant put that code anywhere else now since i already used it...i have a lvl60 warrior so what gives?

I havent figured out on my end, but try to look on the store for a second key it should be one for the expansion and not the early acess.
