If you purchased from the SE store go here log in with the credentials you registered with on the store (not your game id) and if it isn't already open click on Orders then find the order and click on "View" under "Download Page". Your code will be there. Many of the other vendors do it the same way and will have it on their site when you log in.

I have contacted SE online store twice now for the 2 registration codes that were supposed to come with the game. Up until to day i was able to access Heavensward, but as of the morning with no registration codes, I cannot access. It is not my fault they screwed up and did not email the access codes when they should have. This is really irritating.
I talked to SE service yesterday and they said SE online store will answer within 48 hours. So far i have not received my registration codes, only the early access codes i received before the game started.

I am in the same situation as the people above. I have not received any confirmation email containing the expansion's registration code, even after attempting to validate my purchase on multiple occasions.
Granted, I am still currently logged in and able to access expansion features, but dread logging out/dc-ing, as I do not know if I'll be able to enter the game again.
I am in the same boat. Asking me for registration codes I never got and now it's telling me my order hasn't been validated.

I haven't received my box yet so I don't have the code to register. They should have sent us the codes through e-mail.
Now I can't play because my only character is stuck on Idyllshire.

Order placed: June 16th 2015, disk has not arrived yet, and Support center "Operation Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time)" really?! Register could not wait till Monday or Tuesday?
I have not received any messages about not being validated but tried to enter the early access code as a registration and it, of course was not accepted, but they have my money and have had since May 2, 2015 my order. I think they should be able to get the registration codes sent. This is not right!
In my phone call to SE they said i might get the codes on Monday or Tuesday. I think the non acceptance of Early Access Codes should be extended until all have received what they ordered and paid for.
I know that there has been a rush on getting the games, but they should have expected this and been prepared.
