Bump- many having this issue, I think mogstation is broke.
MogStation is not broke, the way they handle the code is terrible. Physical copy buyer won't get the HW code when they initial purchased the product. They need to by physically receive the game for the registration code. His box hasn't arrive yet so therefore he can't register the HW.
I'm in the same boat...
Bought CE and haven't received my box yet so I can't register HW... My only character is stuck on Idyllshire so I can't log in.
Same Problem here and in HW area so can not log either.
Amazon Order placed: June 16th 2015, disk has not arrived yet, and Support center "Operation Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Daylight Time)" really?! Register could not wait till Monday or Tuesday?

Just did an online chat with SQEX support centre. Answer from them: Suck your thumb and wait it out
