    I have similar issues and completely at a lose as to how to solve this.

    I bought the expansion on the 23rd of June, next morning had a email with the pre order bonus key and registered it. Now upon logging into the launcher today, it requests another key, when I re-input the key it says already registered. Now cant access the game, hell I cant even log into my character, each time I try it just states I can not till I download the heavenward expansion. Its already done, I been playing all day Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday.

    This is very frustrating, especially as when I tried to solve this issue through the support pages, nothing would work, and now find out that I cant even contact customer services directly till Monday.

    First; this is extremely idiotic customer service planning, why on earth don't they have at least a skeleton crew to take care of this on the official release day of the expansion as its a major headache for possible issues like this.
    Second; I have basically paid £30 for a game i can no longer play at all, not even log into the character till this is resolved.
    Thid; I am losing out on potential days of play on my weekend off cause i cant contact customer service even by a e-mail, as it stats that it would be answered typically till Monday to Friday working hours.
    Forth and last; If this pre order key is one of 2 Keys, then why on earth let a person download the game, install it, and advance the character to a point when they cant even access the character to play the existing content.

    EDIT: THANK GOD for small miracles!!! Turns out I had deleted the e-mail by mistake, just very great full the e-mail deleted recovery went back far enough to recover that lost Email or I think I could have quiet possible been screwd. My point about customer service being contactable over this weekend in particular is still valid, they should have someone their to handle unexpected issues like this.
