    is the bards 60 skill sidewinder bugged?? the description says used under the effect of wanderers minuet but i can use it without that song active

    You can assume that most text translations are either working as intended or bugged.

    cause its seriously strong so seems wierd not to have it under minuets effect.. crit like 3200 n havent even got 1 piece of 170/180 gear

    It's a translation error, only the English client has that text in there.
