So, I received my PC CE yesterday. The shipping box was in great shape, and the collectors box inside was in great shape too. So I went ahead and opened up the wrapper and box and discover that my artbook has a crushed corner and it has bent all the pages in that corner and more importantly, looks extremely ugly.
The first thing I do is take some pictures of the book, did some searching and found the support system on their website (I bought from NA SE Store). I went ahead and filled out the form and submitted it and I also sent an email to the email listed on my invoice in my package. I then packed things up and put them away.
It has been 24 hours since then and I have yet to hear back from either inquiry, so I attempted calling the support line listed on the invoice, only to be told by a machine to go online and fill out the form.
Does anyone have any ideas for how I can get this resolved? Kind of in a time crunch since we only have until Saturday to redeem code or lose access to HW content.
