Help! how can I get into class? have all requisites!

Thanks for reply. I have not done the Thaum class quest actually just got my char to level 15 on that one. Have done all the quests for my main, i.e. Arcanist. Will now check for the class quest for thaum and see if that works

OK now I have gone and done all the guild quests for Thurm up to level 15 and I have done all my quests for Arcanist Guild up to level 39 and neither of the two guilds gives me any other quest or option to become a Summoner.

I am getting really frustrated. In the first place there is basically no info that you can become something else/advancemen t when you reach level 30 so I only noticed that by hearsay now, that I am already level 39 .

I guess I stuffed everything up now and no point in getting Heavensward if I have to start from level 1 with my other stuff.

Disappointed.......

PS done all Sylph quests and all main quests (since I am already level 39 and everybody died....)

I noticed you did say you don't know if maybe you already done the quest or not. Easy way to check is open you're armory chest. (CTRL+I). Look in the bottom box on the right. That is where all soul stones are keep for any Main job you have unlocked. It you see the summoner soul stone there then that means you did do the quest. All you need to do now is equip it and you're a summoner. Good luck and hope that helps.

I just don't understand it. Have done everything I am supposed to be doing. The only thing I can think of is that maybe you can only get the job when you are level 30 and since I am already 39 it just won't work.

Maybe a bug.

I am so discouraged don't want to play now, seems a waste of time.
Only thing I can think of is start again from scratch but hate the thought, and maybe I reach lvl 30 and have the same problem.
