Thread: Heavensward not activated properly?

I preorderd Heavensward and entered my preorder code as soon as I got it. Everything went well and I've been enjoying the expansion but something isn't quite right.

I've made an Au Ra and saved her appearance data to use later - but my game won't let me load that appearance data. It says I need to have Heavensward installed. I was able to create my Au Ra with no problems but trying to load the appearance data of an Au Ra is somehow forbidden.

I looked around on the Mog Station for anything I might have missed and found this:



I got a code for early acess, which I have redeemed. I've received the Baron's circlet and such. I also had 2 more codes on some slips of paper which came with my physical copy of Heavensward; neither are valid on the Mog Station. I can't think of what else to do, I'd really like to use that Au Ra character's appearance data. Something's not working quite right... help is appreciated.

Edit: okay, now the launcher's asking me for a Heavensward registration code - and it won't accept the codes I have to offer. One is incompatible, another is just "invalid" and the only other code I could use has already been registered. So I skipped registering for now and the game's decided I don't have Heavensward at all now. My main character is locked down because "Heavensward is not installed".

2nd edit: Alright, this is bad. I installed Heavensward via disc, overwriting the old version and it asked me for the 20 digit registration code included in the pack. I entered the code and... it didn't work. I just says "The entered code is invalid.". The code I got with my physical copy of the game... is invalid. Just straight up worthless. What am I supposed to do now?
