The new lv55 set (Dhalmeskin stuff mostly), if HQ, is almost as good as the scrips gear.
If you meld it, it's better than scrips gear.

I crafted a set of this for my MIN/BOT when they were lv55 and it has helped A LOT with collectibles.
Also I didn't even know the perception for this node was so high, I'm glad my Dhalmeskin HQ gear pieces with one meld each was enough for that.
