I love the game. I love my charcter. Every now and then I just stand around (while I should go on and quest some more because I want to have such a cool astro shiny sparkly globe T___T) and look at things. At the buildings, the world around me, other characters. I enjoy taking screenshots. I enjoy all these lovely details. Like you have a button for your character to look in your direction. A pet that will lighten you and disappears if you hidet he UI. There is so much well thought things that you will only put in a game if you love it. Blizzard doesn't .. SE does.

Sorry for wall of text but emotion is going on ^^°
And OP you tell me I should leave ?
Uhm... how about NO !
The bold part is what killed WoW for me. Blizzard gets credit for thrusting MMOs into popular culture and moving them away from the niche market, but they've never been consistent with lore, and they tend to bring elements from popular culture into the game. Hilton Paris, to me, is the reference example. It's not a bad thing per say. The NA SE team did reference Sharknado in the tooltip for a fish. However, it's clever reference you can chuckle at once, where as Blizzard's additions are more in your face, and they really cheapen the experience, turning Azeroth (for me) into less of a brutal environment and more into a playground.

FFXIV has it's warts (every game does), but it's clear the story is king, the lore is far more consistent, and SE does pay attention to detail.
