Papalymo dosen't give the quest he is suposed to.

I have been stuck in my story line for 3 days now and I will explain what is wrong.

I am at the point in my story line where the next quest is Good Intentions.
The only pre-requirements for this quest that I am missing is The Navel(Hard) and The Howling Eye(Hard).

So I went online to check out to unlock these dungeons and the first one which is Garuda (howling eye) is suposed to be given by Papalymo in walking sands.

The main story line moved papalymo from the walking sands and now he is in mordhona, which I don't think is the problem.

Then I went to see what are the requirements for me to get this quest from Papalymo to unlock Gradua hard mode, and the only requirements are Irift if it bleeds we kill it(or something like that) which I have completed.

So I am stuck here wondering why Papalymo won't give me the quest to unlock Garudo hard mode if I have the pre-requirements.

Please help its been 3 days and I can't enjoy Heavensward.

forget the details... think Urianger may be involved--have you talked to him yet? Possibly Minfilia too. Forget the order of those things.

Oh my **** god. There are 2 NPCs called PAPALYMO, i went to check Urianger like you said, and found a SECOND Papalymo and this one gives me the right quest.

To anyone that will get this problem to, remember once you are far in the storyline and they all move with you to Mordhona, all the npc's inside the new location are doubles of the originals in the walking sand. You must go to the original Papalymo to get the quest.
