Heavensward F.A.T.E leveling, Support Desk Ui and Bots.

The leveling experience in Heavensward on the first job was a good one, that is disregarding a few issues. Leveling only by doing every single quest available you will fall short of the required level for the MSQ, so in order to progress you will be required to spam fates. That was a problem i ran into on several occasions while leveling the first job. But i did enjoy the story unfortunatly that is all.

F.A.T.E
Now for following jobs there are very few options for means to level, i know Yoshida praises the invention of F.A.T.E as the greatest thing ever. And that the dev team is very proud of their achivment with the system. But F.A.T.E leveling is horrendous, far from enjoyable and judging from the large amount of bots that are leveling on F.A.T.E i can only speculate that the players using the third party program to level dont enjoy F.A.T.E either. And if you're only looking at the statistics of players participating in F.A.T.E you might also look into how many of those characters are being run by bots.

Further more majority of the leveling is being done in Northern thanalan, probably a side effect of the bots not being able to manage flying yet. And that bots dont care how inconvenient and boring leveling 40-60 in the same zone is.

Leveling
It would be nice if the XI and 1.0 leveling was impelemented and supported by the devs, so that acctual people can level togheter. Rather then having to level alongside all the bots. And give us some control over our exp gain, the system worked well for XI and 1.0.

Open World
Add more meaning to the world itself, theme park design that you're going for is all fun and great. For a very short time, spending days on end in a theme park loses its appeal rather quickly. You only need to look to XI to find content systems you can utilize to add some purpose to be on the open world. F.A.T.E and Hunts arent two of them.

Support Desk Ui.
Reporting dishonest individuals for botting, buying gil or advertising rmt services are very inconvenient with your current Ui and system. The reply tab from your GM does not allow for copy paste, getting replies with links to other venues to report is inconveniant. Keep in mind that the individuals reporting are acctual players, we should be given the tools to report the dishonest cheaters within the game.
A right click feature on the suspected cheater/dishonest individual with a sub menu to select offence, then having that report sent directly to the proper function from within the game. So when i report a bot, gil buyer or seller, i can do that within the game rather then having to report to your STF on a clunky website.

And lastly appologising for the inconvenience it has caused, is just wrong that would signify that it was cleared. Its and inconvenience still being caused, and rather then apologising for it. Grant us better tools to deal with it.
The only feeling i have after contact with your gm team is that nothing is being done, and that any way to report is gated behind inconvenince with intent too deter people from reporting in the first place.
