Stacked Trailer Park housing

Since the release of housing, there has been so much drama (as much as maybe you might see in a trailer park). Enough to make one wonder, "Why aren't we looking at this from an economical standpoint?" I think the best solution to this issue is to implement flying in the housing areas and just stack modular homes on top of one another, as shown in this fancy diagram I've posted. This would save server space and satisfy every player in the game, so win-win.

Honestly, as long as I finally get the chance to buy my own home I don't care if it's stacked on top of other houses, burrowed into the ground or freely drifting through the aether.
