I've tried this. It still hasn't fixed my issues. Alas ...

Yeah, sorry for giving false hope. It becomes more and more visible, even on the official geforce forums, that it's an issue tied to very few games, ffxiv being one of them. (Wicher 3 being another)
I have run several benchmarks of other games, and it all works perfectly fine. And there is not even a temporary solution, since driver setbacks, playing on dx9, lowering the core clock of after market cards, and severeal other methods allready mentioned don't net the desired results.
And you can't even reliably reproudce the issue, since a 10 times looped ffxiv dx11 benchmark with a 13,5k score did not result in a single crash. It only occours when you aktually play the game. Yesterday i had only one crash. Then nothing for 6 h strait playing dungeons and normal questing.

Yeah, and I've just been playing Guild Wars 2. Upon playing it for 10 minutes I crashed... I crashed exactly like I did on FFXIV. Black screened and had to forcefully restart my PC. I really, really hope there's a fix for this soon. Argh.
