dx11 crashing?

hmm with another mouse i can activate the DX11 option in the Launcher, but it gives me the same error you get when you try to run the ffxiv_dx11.exe directly

edit: sorry for writing to fast before thinking and trying every options that i have at hand.
everything is back to normal(not working dx11), i forgot that i tried a tip from this forum about removing and reinstalling the Visual C++ Redistributable(i forgot the installing again thing).

i'm very sorry for spamming this thread.
