    its lvl55 i got one during fishing , though when i try to decipher it , it says its not decipharable.

    Wonder if it can be used for something else , or maybe it is a bug? duno

    It's a bug, right click it and convert to lower quality, then you can use it. Maps were not meant to be HQ.

    While Raldo is probably right I'd wait for something more official. Stick it in a retainer for now.
