You can gain Centurio Seals easy with the daily hunt marks, there is no problem with the cost of the upgrade items imo. The only problem if you want everything instantly >.>.

You will need to be gearing up with your static regardless, so if you are gearing with your friends it shouldn't be un-enjoyable. If you are rushing ahead ahead of everyone in your static then why are you? You will have to wait or help your static to gear if you get ahead of them. You also will not need to have full ilvl180 gear for Alexander, just play well.

Alexander normal is not a Static required Raid.

you can't help someone get Seals, how many bills they have and when A and S Rank pops aren't controlled by the players.
