Been looking at the 15 second cooldown on Royal Road and wondering why it's there at all. Basically Royal Road can only be used when you have an active Drawn Card. The Cooldown on Draw is 30 seconds, meaning you can only use Royal Road every 30 seconds. There is no reason, that i can figure out, for it to have a 15 second cooldown.

Any thought from others?
