Calling BS. This didn't happen. For starters, you aren't alerted to the fact that someone's trying to kick you - not until you've actually been kicked. Second, you say 'they' groaned nonstop. That means plural. That means at least two party members had an issue with you. If they had tried to kick you, it would have passed and you would have been given le bewt. It only takes two peoples' vote to get the the kick to pass in a 4-man. Even if the healer tried to save you, the vote still would have passed.

I'm not saying something like this couldn't happen. I'm saying that, in this instance, it did not.

And personally, I haven't had any issues with anyone while on my mch. Everyone's been nothing but friendly towards my mch.

I would say you are right here. He does get overly dramatic in his threads.

Been leveling DRK and haven't had issues with MCH other than some using Blank all the damn time. I also haven't seen much hate towards them. Granted my DRK is almost 49, so haven't been doing any of the new dungeons or trials on my main yet where more of this behavior may be happening?

Either way, if this is truly happening it's sad to hear. People shouldn't punish someone for something outside their control. It's a new class, it happens to be undertuned atm, and that doesn't make the person playing it deserving of that treatment.

Sadly Blank is a dps increase akin to Bard Repelling Shot, except for the whole lets do a mob reposition and not a self reposition. Strangely enough, some of the "boss" mobs in lower level dungeons are effected by the knock back too, and other trash mobs are inconsistent of what can and can't be knocked back.

The problem is, there is a difference between personal DPS increase and party/raid DPS increase. If a MCH were to Blank and screw up a MNK or DRGs positional (btw that can result in a 190 potency penalty for DRG now as well as almost invalidating an entire combo), that tiny little DPS increase for MCH would be overshadowed by the loss as a group. In that scenario, yes, I would boot the MCH.

I have to disagree. Blank is all but useless to me except if I'm solo. And even then I find little use for it. While I still have to work a little to maintain good dps, I've had no issues with performing well, party acceptance, and overall capability.

Blank is off GCD and is a free 100 potency attack. It works well on bosses, which don't suffer the knockback.

Using it on something that doesn't suffer knock back is the key difference. Because right now MCH are using it on everything.
