I just got flamed extremely hard when trying to level my MCH

I queued for a dungeon to try and level MCH and when I got in they nonstop groaned and complained and tried to kick me multiple times because MCH is known to have the worst DPS and very little utility to make up for it.
It ended in having the tank and the other DPS rage quit the dungeon run.


How much longer must we wait till MCH is viable/not flamebait and a trollpick to play?

I haven't had this issue personally... Sounds to me like they were just being jerks. I just finished one shotting the Aery yesterday and it didn't take that long to get through it. Heck, I've had the opposite happen with people telling me I was doing just fine.

Not saying there aren't issues, of course.

Well that's unfair, Machinist DPS is pretty poor but it's not so bad you can't complete the dungeon.

Do not know why they would kick you from a dungeon. MCN aoe is disgustingly high, its their sustained single target that is an issue right now.

at low level it not really great at all. Though it's not an issue in anything until the raids come imo. Jerks will be jerks

If it makes you feel better, through 3 attempts (third try won by a sliver) on Bismark, both healers intentionally allowed me to die while keeping everyone else at full during the back phases, then claimed "lyote you're the weakest link"
Despite that, had they thrown even a TOKEN heal at me, we would have creamed Bismark without even scraping close to the wipe mechanic.

Had zero issues with the Ravana Trial i ran, one shot that with ease. But suddenly i was public enemy #1 in Bismark.
Even my dungeon runs have been people just asking me how i liked it and that it looks fun to them.

i feel you there. It happened to me too in dungeon during a boss. The whm never tried to raise me and it ended up with a wipe.
