Today I checked my retainers and found that of my four, two were inexplicably showing "contract suspended". I have them set to renew with my 180 day subscription, which is due to renew July 25th. They worked fine yesterday and I don't know what would cause them to suddenly stop, especially since they should have been already paid for.
Additionally, when I tried to renew payment via Crysta, I could not switch payment methods and it would not let me use anything but my Visa card which repeatedly told me there was an error. Has anyone else experienced this or have an answer as to why this is happening?
