    Cant access HW anymore

    this is seriously getting no my nerves...i was able to play just fine with my early access code but from today then keep asking me for another code and the mogstation doesnt show that i have HW enabled , where do i get this other code? i bought the game digitally from SE site.

    I ordered digitally and received my code via email. I also have a link in both my original pre-order email and my order confirmation (when I was charged) email. Those links go directly to my order page which shows both my Early Access code and my Heavensward registration code.







    Search your email for Heavensward. Make sure you check alternate email addresses if you have them just to be sure. It's there somewhere.

    Same Issue but Horrible Result

    I got the second registration code for mine and used it to regsiter the game during the Early Access. Now when I try to log in, it's asking for the code again and saying that it's invalid/already used when I try to reenter the code.

    Sounds like their system didn't register the codes properly during early access and if you used it, you're locked out now. And SE support isn't open until Monday so looks like everyone is stuck waiting til then.

    On a side note, the PS4 versions has no issue registering because it was done automatically.

    I double checked my confirmation from Square Enix. Frankly it did not look like what you have posted here, and when I clicked on retrieve your products it gave me early access codes only.

    checked all mail on both gmail and live , nothing else.
