Heavensward CE Shipping issues.

So heres the story of whats happening to me.

I personaly preordered the Digital CE. So I have 0 issues.
My wife ordered the Physical Collectors for her PS4.
While we were both at work the USPS attempted to deliver. We called and apparently 2 things have happened.

1: They are shipping it back to SE because it was failed to be delivered.

2: When she tried to get them to stop that they found out her CE has actually been lost.

Now my question is this given its 3 days from EA cut off what can we expect? Is she going to lose access to the game? Lose access to Heavensward? Is she even going to be able to get her collector's edition?

And one more thing. SE would you please PLEASE stop useing USPS! This same exact thing happened when ARR launched. It is pretty clear that USPS is completely incompotent to deliver your freight in a timely manner.

So my three Canadian FC mates and I all ordered the physical boxed CE ages ago. All of us chose the 2-5 business day delivery. We only got cards in our mail slots saying 'oh you weren't home yesterday so come pick it up!' That's pure BS because all of us WERE home and the delivery guy never knocked/buzzed.

On top of that WE had to pay 210 bucks for this PLUS 29 bucks MORE for a CUSTOMS charge!

We all live on the WEST coast, so naturally USPS sent the damned things to a Florida facility first...huh??? Then mine went to Fort Worth while the other two went to Toronto *blink*. Eventually all three ended up in Seattle, sat there for two days before going to Vancouver, sat there for another 24 hours before the USPS claimed they were on the way to our residences. This should have taken a few hours tops but no no 24 hours later...sigh a card in the mail slots ffs.

They didn't even give us a card saying come pick it up! They gave us a card that said "We are returning it to sender" !!!! What the heck!

Can anyone at SE give me a heads up if she will beable to keep playing or not?

She'll be able to play till at least Saturday, but I'm in the same damn boat.

My Physical PC Collector's Edition for Heavensward was marked unclaimed return to sender on the 23rd at 12:13pm MDT. I didn't find out till 6 hours later, at which point I called my local USPS and found out they didn't know where the package was, or if it had actually been sent back yet. They're still trying to find out what happen.

Same thing here...Ordered mine saw it was shipped last week and that it arrived in Canada at a sorting facility and now for some reason it's back in Miami where it started... wtf


Edit: called USPS and they have no idea why it's been sent back...how wonderful....

Same thing happened to me. Mine left Miami on the 17th, got to Quebec on the 18th where it stayed for 5 days in customs, then suddenly it cleared and... went back to Miami. What is going on?

I checked the Canada Post website with that tracking number and it claims they accepted it on the 23rd in Quebec. This is crazy.

I got a picture of the address/tracking tag from when USPS here in Colorado Springs, CO scanned my package. Other than the tracking number, it's completely unreadable which is why it got sent back. This is on whomever is does the address stickers it looks.

After it hits Canada the first time I tend to switch over to the Canada Post website; you can track on there using the same tracking number. I find the Canada Post site to display what the hell is actually happening, cuz USPS is all over the place. Same thing happened with mine, but Canada Post says its released by customs and being processed by Canada Post. (I'm hoping to get it tomorrow). My friends did the same and hers on en route atm with Canada Post. The same thing also happened with me and the Kingdoms Hearts 2.5 CE, it says it hit Toronto, then went back to the florida, then it was delivered. =/
