Only bad experience I had in any dungeons was when I was farming Nidhogg Card. A tank was complaining about dps that he was parsing more then one of them and kept going on and on about it because he couldn't be vote kicked until the very last second of loot timer ran out.

I had a mch telling me not to use wanderer's minuet and army's paeon. Made me laugh cause with a 56 mch I doubt he had brd leveled already. I'm finding that once I've run the dungeon a few times and know when to turn it on and off, its not so bad.

Well, it's not like a new expansion magically improves everyone. I for one had to overhaul my hotbar layout to incorporate the new skills in a logical layout, so the first dungeon that I did I made a lot of mistakes and had the DPS riding my threat all the time because I interrupted my own combos all the time with old muscle memory.
Beyond that, though, there are things that simply don't have an excuse. At level 55 there are tanks with Zeta and Coils 130 gear that can't tell before the pull if two packs are linked or not and pull both. Other things like tanking a pack in the middle of environmental damage (Lv.51 dungeon), tanks who are unable to dodge multiple AoEs, DPS who are unaware of their surroundings and take more damage than the tank, melee who wander all the way to the front of the boss and get cleaved, going full out on one mob of a spread-out pack just as the tank runs in. Newbie mistakes exist at the level cap now. They aren't gonna disappear.
And having 130 gear have made them confident and easily take offense to advice...

Another thing is that Dungeon Mobs in 3.0 are not as easily killed compared to the Dungeon Mobs in 2.X era.
I've seen plenty of tanks going into the habit of tanking large mobs in 3.0 dungeons only to get themselves killed by how the 3.0 dungeon mobs have higher HP than what players are use to in 2.X so they don't die fast as 2.X dungeon mobs.
even with the full ilvl 170 gear set, enemy mobs in 3.0 dungeon's HP is still far to high to treat them like the 2.X dungeon mobs.
Tanks will have to get use to taking things slow in 3.0 Dungeons or else they'll be Tanking the floor instead of the mobs.

To the first part.. since when does a expansion magically make people 'not' good?
Second part.... you've got'em there..... lol@expecting good players in DF

I'll quickly state, players learn at their own pace for use of their new abilities. Both those jobs have some major changes to rotation from the moment heavensward hit prerelease. Ninja had to learn placements and get use to that, BLMs rotation rapidly changes every level from 52 on. So if you'll just have to put up with it.

Since lots of mobs in dungeon 3.0 tend to come in sequence, some tanks like to face them to the party since there are some leftover mobs still being tanked.. Meaning, the tank let the dragons with huge frontal cone breath facing the party.. And this is very common like 7/10 of running dungeons with paladins and dark knights..
They are not bad per se, but they dont think about the best positional for the party

I was the worst player in my first run of Sohm Al. At the time I was running on an underpowered graphics card with like, 20 fps, so I had some issues with dodging all the aoes. I died once and after that, forget it, kept getting hit while I was still under weakness, and finally the healer was smart enough just to leave me dead.
I have since upgraded my graphics card and hopefully won't have the same issue next time I run it.

Ive had pretty good groups so far. Onlu problem was the big fish trial cause our dps was way slow. After a few wipes people did better and we managed to get past the dps check. (First try we got adds to 40% with melee lb, 2nd time we killed them without lb, not sure how that works)
