Bad players in Heavensward dungeons

Well, only come across them twice upto now.

First was in the Aery, I was on PLD in DF with a good healer and DPS consisted of a NIN and a BLM.

Slow going but got upto last boss. The add phase when Nidhogg flies away. We could not get past that as the DPS could not kill the adds before the Ultimate killed us all (even with me in sword oath smacking them) the BLM was literally taking 10-15 seconds between casts. The NIN *shrug*.

Also today, Library, joined with friend whos WHM, I was on MNK. The tank was really struggling to hold enmity, and I noticed he had replaced Rage of Halone with Goring blade :S So his enmity generation was subpar compared to the normal RoH 3 step. Thus mobs where peeling to everyone else. Was painful, good healer so managed to scrape through somehow. After the first boss he stood before the next pack of trash for about 10 minutes complaing that there isn't any tank loot, when me and the other DPS showed him tank drops we had won from greed rolls he went on about stealing his loot.

What are you moments where you shook your head in the new content?

I have not had any major issues personally...most people are on doing good and getting through without wipes even on first runs. I know they are all easy but I counted on having massive wipes and just have not seen that yet.

So far the people I've tanked for have been quite good. Have only run up to Sohm Al, but we didn't have any major issues. Had one death at the second boss in Sohm Al because he didn't know that for orange marks you have to group up with someone to split the damage.

Well it's only 2 out of many dungeons. Levelled MNK to 60 with MSQ+dungeons, PLD with side quests and more dungeons.

But usually I rare see PLDs using the new abilities. For me ill rotate between RoH and goring blade combos to maintain enity whilst maintaining the dot.Sheltron I pretty much use when its off CD for the guaranteed shield swipe proc.Divine Veil, when I know AE damage is coming.

Honestly? the Quality of players that Ive come across in DF has been pretty good on average, had zero issues whatsoever, apart from those 2 cases I posted.

But not when. Plus some people have other people's name tag and titles turned off.
