After not being able to go into HW content today (after playing fine this past week, getting level 60, finishing the story line, etc) I scourged the forums and my SE/Mogstation accounts/Emails to see what I was missing. I had a few emails from the SE site (I ordered directly from SE) and when I attempted to click on the links again I would get this:
I went to my credit card statement, and saw that on the 5th of June (when I pre-ordered) - I was never charged for the game (I also was not charged at all thereafter for the game). Which is also probably why there is no 'invoice' and why it is not 'validated'.
I attempted to re-charge the card I used. And even switched to my debit card however got the same response over and over.
Square Enix - I hearby give you permission to charge my card so I can play HW. Also please send me the HW code so I can register it and play.
